Ottawa Home Inspections
Helping Ottawa homeowners feel at ease with every home decision.

Meet Pam
Home design and construction have always been close to my heart. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to design and build a passive solar home in rural Ottawa, act as the general contractor on several renovation projects, and most recently, build a new family home in central Ottawa—complete with an in-ground pool we tackled during Covid!
After a fulfilling career in tech, moving into home inspection just feels like the right next step.
Friends often reach out when something goes wrong in their home or when they’re unsure about a contractor’s advice. I love being that go-to person who can help make sense of things. Let’s be honest—owning a home can sometimes feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to.
Having the right information—and someone in your corner who’s happy to explain things clearly—makes all the difference. I’d be honored to be part of your real estate journey and help you feel confident in every decision you make about your home.

Why get a home inspection?
A home inspection is a visual inspection by a licensed professional to identify safety issues and major defects that can affect the value and performance of your home. Homebuyers should always protect themselves by having an independent home inspection before they buy.
Ottawa Home Inspection FAQ's
What does a home inspection cover?
Our home inspections are a top-to-bottom, inside and outside visual inspection of the major structure, systems and components of your home. We deliver a detailed report on the current condition of the property so you can make informed decisions about your existing or future home. We'll explain the different systems in your home and help you understand the nature of any defects found.
Do I need to be there during the inspection?
Ideally, yes! We want to ensure you know what you're buying and will give you a walk-through of all the major systems after we complete our inspection process. We're also there to answer any questions you may have and talk through any defects that we find to explain what you'll read in our report. Of course, we can do this by phone or FaceTime, but in person is always best.
